An estate sale is usually an open-to-the-public sale held inside a person's home. Typically the entire contents of the house are for sale. This can be anything from the car in the driveway to the plates, cups & dishes in the kitchen. MG Estate Liquidation handles all phases of the sale so the executor, trustee or home owner need not be present, and most importantly need not worry. Our liquidation team will clean, sort, price and display the items in a timely and efficient manner and be on hand during the sale to act as greeters, sellers and general information givers. We are a commission-based company so we price all items favorably yet low enough to maximize sales. By staying current on local trends and market values we feel our prices are always advantageous to both the buyer and seller.
We at MG Estate Liquidation know how exhausting and straining an estate sale can be. With the care and concern of our clients in mind, we offer a complete worry-free experience to assure maximum comfort, convenience and ultimate satisfaction during this often difficult and emotional time. Our greatest goal is to serve your family and estate with honesty, dignity and respect.

Commercial liquidations are sales held on site at a business being liquidated. When a business is ready to close we will sell all remaining inventory and equipment, office furniture and supplies, fixtures and displays and anything else being left behind.
Commercial liquidation sales usually take much longer to prepare and advertise than residential estate sales. Please contact us well in
advance if you are considering one for your business.
