Free Initial On-site Consultation
We will meet with you at the home and do a thorough walk-through. After you remove the items you want to keep, we will evaluate the contents and note collectibles, antiques, and other specialty items.
Transparent Communication and Pricing
We will sit down with you to review our pricing and contract details and to answer any questions you may have.
Organizing and Staging
Our entire process takes at least 2 weeks to organize, price, photograph, stage, advertise, and run the sale, then another week to vacate the property. We bring in display tables and stage each room for maximum impact.
Marketing
We photograph the entire estate, focusing on key items and collections. We advertise on our website, in local newspapers, on Craigslist.com, Facebook.com, GSALR.com, estatesales.net, and through our extensive e-mail list.
Sales and Accounting
We set up a desk at checkout and accept all payment methods, from cash to credit cards to touchless payments. After the sale, we provide you with clear reporting and payment.
Post-Sale Activity
We donate reusable leftovers to local charitable organizations. Items that are not reusable will be removed from the sales site and disposed of.
